Tools
Here you will find useful tools and services that I use myself. They help with effective work, business, and travel.
Having worked for many years in marketing, IT and training, I collaborate with many different companies and solutions. Over the years, I have used hundreds of business tools: from CRM and ERP systems to cloud services and mailing platforms. Privately, I use similar tools that work well for planning cruises, organising my household budget, and managing tasks.
That is why on this page I would like to recommend only those proven and truly good solutions that I use very often.

Security
U2F keys
I recommend purchasing two keys that you will use for two-factor authentication. Add both keys to the account (Google, Facebook) you log into. Keep one key in a safe place and carry the other with you.
Serwery
Thecamels
I host my websites on thecamels.org, which I owned and founded. I host WordPress-based websites here. The hosting service provides backups for up to 30 days and has a proprietary malware detection system.
Mikrus
If I need a VPS server for testing and playing around, I use Mikrus. Why? Because its price is really low. From PLN 35 per year! The servers are not suitable for production use, but they are perfect for learning or private projects. Although there are those who run production stuff on them.
Productivity
ClickUp
Try clickup.com.
The latest tool I discovered is ClickUp. It is a brilliant tool that combines many task management systems I have known so far. It has a built-in mechanism that counts the time spent on a given task, delegates tasks to guests (you do not pay for their licences), various views and reports on the time worked, etc.
Tools
Mailerlite
Try mailerlite.com
I spent a long time looking for an email marketing system, and finally, at the urging of my friends, I tried Mailerlite. Brilliant simplicity, low prices, and truly wonderful support. The latter convinced me to use them. You get everything for free for up to 1,000 users.
Zakupy
AppSumo
Try appsumo.com
AppSumo is a great #cebuladeals website. For small amounts, not exceeding £49, you can buy great apps and courses with a lifetime licence. If you don't like them, you have up to 60 days to return them.
Zdrowie
uPacjenta
Try upacjenta.pl
Blood tests are performed via upacjetna.pl, saving time on travelling to the laboratory and standing in queues. I arrange a convenient location and time for me, and I receive the results on the same day. You can get a discount on the test via my link.
Oura Ring
Try ouraring.com
I measure many vital signs using the Oura ring. I also use Apple Watch, but Oura collects much more data, e.g. sleep phases, and is more comfortable. Another advantage is that the battery lasts a very long time.
Aplikacja na MacOS
- Bartender - It organises my menu bar, hides unnecessary icons and makes them appear when necessary, e.g. the WiFi icon when I am not connected to the network.
- aText - A cheaper version of TextExpander. It allows you to write faster :)
- AirBuddy - I am referring to devices that connect to a MacBook via Bluetooth.
- ForkLift - A very nice file manager that supports AWS S3, FTP, and many other protocols.
