There's probably nothing worse than a successful marketing campaign that ended in fiasco because of a non-working website. Unfortunately, it's a very common scenario, which can be observed during Black Friday or at moments of a sudden surge in our blog's popularity (e.g. it landed on a service like wykop.pl, reddit.com). A surge in a given service's popularity requires upgrading the server or optimising the site itself. It's like when a hypermarket has to open more checkouts because of the holiday sales.
